The final session of Flight School wings its way from the National Air and Space Museum's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Virginia. From Above explores what flying above the Earth teaches us about the planet and its inhabitants. We'll meet the people and the vehicles that help us study the Earth from above.

During From Above, we float in a hot air balloon, see what the Wright Brothers saw, hover in a helicopter, soar to the ceiling of our atmosphere, and observe the planet from space. And finally, learn about the math, science, and technology that transform flights of fancy into flights of fruition.
